Worth writing about
- A calculation looks wrong. This is the most useful message you can send. Include the figures you entered and what you expected — the numbers stay in your browser, so I cannot see them unless you tell me.
- Something is unclear. If a label sent you to the wrong line on your worksheet, that is a defect in the tool, not in you.
- A state rule has changed. Statutes and deadlines move. Corrections with a source are always welcome.
What I cannot help with
I cannot review your claim, tell you what your insurer owes you, negotiate on your behalf, or recommend a contractor. I am not licensed to do any of that. For claim representation, contact a licensed public adjuster in your state; for a coverage dispute, an attorney who handles first-party property claims.

You are welcome to use these tools with homeowners at the kitchen table — several of you already do. I do not sell advertising placements, sponsored positions, or leads, so please do not ask.
